  • Total Loss of Investment: You may lose 100% of any funds invested in BOPNFTONHL NFTs
  • Smart Contract Risks: Bugs or vulnerabilities may result in permanent loss of assets
  • Regulatory Risk: Future regulations may prohibit or restrict NFT trading
  • Market Volatility: NFT values can fluctuate dramatically or become worthless
  • Technical Failures: Blockchain network issues may prevent access to your assets
  • Experimental Protocol: 404 protocol is new and untested at scale
  • No Guarantees: We provide no warranties about functionality, value, or accessibility

3. Eligibility and Restrictions

To use BOPNFTONHL, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Not be located in a jurisdiction where NFTs or cryptocurrencies are prohibited

4. NFT Ownership and Rights

When you acquire a BOPNFTONHL NFT:

  • You own the NFT token, not the underlying intellectual property
  • Ownership is recorded on the Hyperliquid blockchain
  • We retain all rights to the BOPNFTONHL brand and associated artwork
  • You may transfer your NFT subject to platform and blockchain limitations
  • We may modify or discontinue services at any time without notice

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for money laundering or other illegal activities
  • Attempt to manipulate NFT prices through wash trading or similar practices
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform
  • Create fake accounts or impersonate others
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of our services
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Our services are provided "AS IS" without any warranties.

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for NFTs
  • We are not responsible for blockchain network failures or third-party services

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOPNFTONHL and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
